Individual Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy

Depending on the concerns and issues you want to address, I work with individuals in short- and long-term psychotherapy.  My sessions are 50 minutes in length and the frequency of meetings depends on many factors that are typically uncovered during the initial consultation.  I offer a free, brief phone interview for all new clients.  At that point we will discuss what you are looking for, how I might be able to assist you, and whether or not we want to set up an initial meeting in person.  If either of us does not feel that we are a good match on the phone, I am happy to offer referrals to other providers who might better suit your needs.  I look forward to your call.
